This number has been calling/texting and constantly harrassing a friend of mine for the past day and a half, but I can’t figure out who it is. I tried a reverse cell phone search but it wants to charge me. Is there a way this can be done for free?
Or if someone can tell me who this belongs to, it would be much appreciated! Thanks..

This is nothing new by the way. People have been able to do that for years now!
