But you can get the information from yellow pages website, just search for the number and if they have the infomation and allowed to disclose it, you can get it if you pay for it.

It is legal reasons, and it is not important enough to take to our detective yet. We have someone under a restraining order, and was arrested several times for felony stalking. I have a phone number that randomly calls our home.. and i need to see if it is the person i think it is.
