I get alot of prank texting “when people text you and wont tell you who they are” and it’s very anoying. Is there anyway to do a reverse lookup search on the cellphone number to figure out who it is, like you can do with a home phone.

Hey George,
There is no FREE Reverse Phone Number Directories. And it’s actually good that such level of personal information is not shared for free publicly.
If it is a serious matter for your friend, consider spending a small one time fee.
You may wish to go through whitepages(free), but I doubt if you get accurate results.

well if you have at&t you can go there and create your account online and then look at your bill and the list of all the phone numbers and it will tell you the name of the caller. or if you dont want to do that, you can call 411 and they can help you and answer your question!

None of the mobile services (Cingular, T-Mobile, etc.) have cell phone books that list people’s names and numbers. And if you do a reverse look-up of that number, it wouldn’t return anything. BUT…you can try…the link is below. Hope you find who you’re looking for!
PS…try their name in the second link…make sure you put in the state they live in…might help!
